As portugal I declared a no-Casus belli war on Munster. However, they had peasants in the one province. Upon reaching them nothing happened to my warscore. It stayed zero. There was no fighting going on with the peasants, there was no sieging, nothing. Even blockading didn't work to get the warscore up.
So I declared war on Connaught as well, without casus belli. At the moment they were also fighting with France, as being allied to England.
In none of the occasions I am able to siege the province to claim it my own. Even after the war with France was over, nothing happens when i come into the province. However in the screenshots is clearly shown that I'm at war with both, Munster and Connaught.
In the screenshot you can see that after Munster dealed with the peasants, they created an army, but I can't fight them... (first screenshot)
