Ok, I pretty happy I know as much as im likely to learn in terms of Naval Warfare, one thing escapes me though, I think I know, but want to clarify.
What advantage does a...say...10/10 Naval base have over a 4/4 Naval base.
What disadvantage would a 10/10 Naval Base incurr if it was damaged to say... 5/10.
