Ports on the Danube?

Playing a recent MKID Scenario game in Croatia I noticed Krizevci province can build the coastal improvements(Fishing Warf, Civilian Harbor). Checked on my clean copy with the latest Beta and its in it too.

Is this WAD or a bug? I only ask because no other province(that I have seen) on the Danube is able to build these improvements. Its not nessicarly out of place, the Danube being a economic conduit to this day. Though one Croatian province being the only Danubian province to recive this seems odd.

AFAIK it's a bug, but since it's map related they aren't going to fix it.

If i remember correctly - province of Krizevici has "attached" also that tiny island in Adriatic (without connection with the provicne itself).
Therefore Krizevici is considered as coastal province, not the inland one..

Same as the inland county of Vexin in France, who also have the Channel Islands IIRC
