I have an issue where the portraits became scrambled again. It looks exactly the same as it did when there were issues going on in 1.07 but only started happening again today.

You mean the graphics within each portrait are scrambled? Or the portraits are intact but scrambled in that they show up for the wrong character?
What version and checksum show on the main game menu?
You could try deleting /gfx/ and settings.txt from your MyDocuments/CK2 folder, the game will recreate them with default settings.

It says that it is 1.103 (WQLL). Also removing the /gfx/ and settings.txt seems to have fixed the problem. Thank You.
