Portraits of my Turkey rulers and generals are not displayed. I can't claim aleppo territories, but France already gave them to me. Playing on steam version without dlc's(host sharing)

Don't know about the portraits, do you have the DLC? If you play Turkey in multiplayer and you don't have the DLC you don't see the unique art, Syria is bugged you need Kuwaot to be able to form it, bug has been reported multiple times. But so far no fix.

First time hear about portrait bug in multiplayer.

It isn't a bug, it's working as intended. The portraits are locked to DLC. If you're playing a multiplayer game that uses DLC that you don't personally own, you get the mechanics (e.g. National Focuses, events, etc.) but not the cosmetic elements.

I made a mod that will put in generic fallback portraits the last time this came up.
