Portraits all messed up

Im not sure im suposed to write this here, but i have no were els to turn.

So i bought CK2 today, no DLC or anything and im quite pumped to play and when i start the game and are about to choose a Character his or her face gets all glitchy and messed up.

So i search though the forum and find a couple of "fixes" but no one works, i still get the same problem what ever i do, so i beg for your help, i loved HOI3 and i love Paradox, but this really takes the fun out of playing.

Im using a AMD Radeon HD 6570 graphic card on Windows 7

Please help me i really want to like this game

Hello Finexis,

Please go to your '..\My Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\' folder and delete the map called 'gfx'. Then restart the game.

I did that just now, but the problem remains, its a real Shame

Are the GFX folder supposed to come back when i start up the game?

Yes and are you sure that you deleted the gfx folder in my documents like IcratoX asked and not the one in the main game folder?

Yes sir, quite sure, what baffles me is that it seem to be on random, none of my friends seem to have this problem
