So I've seen the making animated portraits tutorial and it's a little too complicated for my liking. Was wondering if I were to take existing portraits, say humans then add horns/details/colour change, would the changes look weird animation wise in game? I'm not not particularly bothered if the ears/mouth etc. move independently. So is it do-able to a decent quality?
