Some comments:
Actually the first "Tiger", PzKpfw VI, came with both Porsche and Henschel turrets, they where Ausf P and Ausf H.
They where both originally delivered for Hitlers 53rd birthday on the 20 April 1942.
But the order for the Ausf P was only 90 units. Placed as an insurance in case Henschel failed to deliver.
Then the Ausf P metamorphosed while still unfinished , production wise, to the Elefant Panzerjaeger. This beast was originally named Ferdinand ( as stated ) and had it´s defensive armament removed. ( it also had the air-cooled (!) Porsche engines removed and were fitted with Maybach engines instead).
I don´t think one can blame Porsche for leaving the MG out of the Ferdinand. Actually those units were rebuilt by the Alkett factory in Berlin-Spandau.
And as far as I know, all latter Tiger II Porsche tanks were rebuilt to the Jaegdtiger tank hunter. They were extremely slow and had an abysmal record of mechanical failures.
And for the Zitadelle, there were 133 PzKpfw VI present plus later addition of 14 Tigers of 3rd company/505th heavy Panzer Battalion.
(Plus also five even later as replenishment)
Note also the the Tiger II eventually lost the roman-numeral type designation and became "PzKpfw Tiger II Ausf B", not "PzKpfw VI Tiger II"
