Population level?

Where can I find the population level of a province? When I want to colonise a neighbouring province it states that my population should be at least 10, but all I can see is how much my population is increasing and how many slaves / freemen / citizens I have. Where is my population?

just hover your mouse over the population bar (with citizens, freeman and slaves) and you will get this info as a quickhelp
