Hmm not. The top for oil productions in the world is going to be reached around 2020 and then it going to be lesser and lesser oil produced in the world mostly because we uses all profitable oilplaces in the world at the moment. Dont be so optimistic.

And for the oil. Remember to take in how much the country actually is given in money.
