I see there were some problems with selecting the path and error checking. Will try to put a new version today, with these features improved.

You have to remeber that you may load only part of pop files, and so only some of the provinces will have POPs defined. But then - there is no problem with that...

Will add this to my TODO list.

I have updated POPEdit to work with Victoria : Revolutions (and also added it to Vicky Wiki links section).

Strange that in Congress Poland there are no Jews as they formed sometimes 60% of the population in most of the towns... Or is something wrong with my VR data files? As in the first post there are some Jews (but it was made long ago, maybe with VIP so I'm not sure).

Thanks for doing this but there seems to be a problem: the program expects there to be a data folder in the Victoria folder which doesn't come with the program.

Ok, the updated version is ready for download. The link is in the first post.

If anyone would like to see such a feature I could add an option to split pops into many files when saving (by continent/region/area and nationality, maybe some more) - instead of one big file.

I would assume so. The format of POP files hasn't changed in the patch.

Yes, it will work, 1st update for V:R didn't change pop files at all.

I've downloaded the editor to make some adjustments. The program starts, it sees where Victoria is(VIP), but the filters doesn't seem to work, and also I am unable to make changes to already existing files. I think I missed something, could you give me some help?

I forgot to say that I also don't see how ethnic composition of a certain province is given if POPs are placed on a regional basis. Or the numbers next to the POPs are not their numbers, but their provinces'?

I managed to get into Pop edit , but I do not know how to load pops into the program.
