Pope Income Bug?

The income that the tooltip says the Pope is getting from each bishop does not match the total that it shows for Church Tax. If it added up correctly, he would be making a ton more than what it shows. Is this a bug? Is anybody else having this problem?

I have also had a bug where I was not getting any income from an anti-pope. But that bug seems to be gone now.
