playing ck2. started 769 now 1182. Cerdicing emperor of England asks Pope for coronation. He gives quest to take out mayor Eripranddo in Gresseto. If I decline, he gives same quest when asked again. If accept, war starts then immediately ends with indeterminate result, no longer a casus belli. Stymied. Anybody have suggestion?

SAME here. Emepror of Germania. Popes asking me for almost all my counties and duchies for Coronation or warring for a land. Refuses to give him jack shit so chose to do latter. Casus belli inconclusive. Stuck on infinite loop. Now coronation opinion debuff close to -40. Should I set up an Anitipope to crown me?
