This isn't a new change, but Cesare Borgia is king of Urbino in January 1502. It seems pretty funny that his father hates him as Cesare is pacifying the Romagna.

Shouldn't Cesare be a vassal of Alexander VI?

Unfortunately, EU4 doesn't have the same character depth of CK2.
