The value of the pop_growth_mod in a savegame will ever be 1.020! No matter what country or if events like medicine happend. For exampel Russia has in the russia.inc file in the GC scenario folder a pop_growth_mod of 1.014. If a start the game and save immidetly, the value in the savegame is 1.020, if there are some medicine events that increase pop growth and i save after this, the value in the savegame is still 1.020! And if i change this value manuel lets say to 1.500 und load the game and save it again, the value is reset to 1.020! Is this a bug ? How will be different pop growth be reflectet in the game ?
