I might just be slow, but i can't seem to figure out the POP system. When managing my POP's what should my strategy be. Is there a lot i can do with them? It seems to me that you put everyone to work on there province.... theres not much more to do... Any other beginner advice is appreciated. I've done a lot of reading and still not quite getting it. Thanks in advance for any help!
