Is there anyway to automate pop resettlement? In the early to mid game, it is not a big deal - there aren't that many pops to resettle, but once I get into the late game, I feel like that is all I am doing. In my current game, I have over 90 planets, many of which are full. Every 5 minutes I have to pause the game to move all my unemployed citizens. It becomes incredibly tedious and is ruining my experience. I can turn off drone production, but I have plenty of places to put the unemployed pops and feel like turning off growth would stunt my empire. Is there anything I can do?

I notice that you've said drones which makes me think you're playing a machine empire. If that is the case, robots/synths don't migrate. The only way is to manually resettle them.
To be honest, if you've got over 90 planets, you should be okay to just stop production on all of your planets because even on the hard difficulties, the AI won't be able to compete with an empire of that size either militarily or economically.

But for normal organic empires, your problem would sort itself out with some careful use of edicts to increase immigration because unemployed pops would automatically leave planets where they have no job to planets where they can have a job. Machines are powerful, but they're a pain to micromanage.
