I am playing as a machine intelligence with determined exterminator civic. After awhile i captured planets from other MI empires, as well as some planets with robot pops in them.

My planets keep randomly picking these whenever they are making a new pop. I can make every planet to prioritise my own species, but when you have around 50 planets that is a really tedious process. They seem to randomly reset every time i change species template.

I cant purge or restrict population growth of these "inferior" machine species via species screen. Purge option is not available, whereas the "population controls enabled" in the "set rights" option does not seem to work. Even though pop controls are enabled they continue to grow, unless i prioritise my own species. I can change the template for other MI species to match my own, but it is impossible to do that to regular robots.

I think there should be purge and population controls options even for machine species. I.e. it is the will of consciousness that the galaxy should be populated only by the proper machines :)
