Two questions:
- Why use eco outlets here?
- Who are you going to feed with these two water pumps

HaHA! The water pumps are there for the"bug" of it taking water while turned off, but not producing any. This way, it doesn't flood.
I used the Eco outlets only because they look nicer. And also, freshwater outlets produce more water than drain pipes, so I used that. See this: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/threads/operation-fill-the-dead-lake.1423596/Two questions:

I was surprised to realize how bad the Eco-Outlet was at pollution. Did you know that its pollution points are at forty-five? The Advanced Eco-Outlet's Pollution Points are only seven, by comparison!
Yea, I know, When they first came out, I thought that they had 0 pollution, and I got my city sick!

Haha! What I've done is make a poop supplied hydro-electric dam. 64MW, not bad for liquid poop!
