Those would be the intakes for the prison.
HaHA! The water pumps are there for the"bug" of it taking water while turned off, but not producing any. This way, it doesn't flood.
Two questions:
- Why use eco outlets here?
- Who are you going to feed with these two water pumps :oops:?
