The player cannot see the diplomacy values/opinions of what the AI's think of each other so it is not possible to get a screenshot.
Yes you can.
Go to the opinion mode map (ctrl+o), from here select any country and then hover over the second country to see what they think about each other and why.

Where are some bugs in Russian localisation - on the first screen you can see "Либурнская" while it supposed to be "Либурна", and on the second screenshot you can see filler instead of localised frase.
Thanks for your attention :/

Two bugs im still experiencing: City model doesn't change when majority culture does and allies wont board ships to help in my wars.
Surprised about that, it was quite literally a glaring issue. Perhaps they are prioritising mechanics over cosmestic fixes at the moment.

Do you mean your ships or their ships? Are you sure you got the button toggled on your fleet for allies to board your ships?

Their ships. I even tried tag switching to move their units but they canceled it when I switched back. I have good relations with them.

Currently playing a Sparta campaign with the new patch and was just wondering why you lose stability for holding a triumph? Surely it would bring people closer together if anything? Especially when you consider it brings loyalty and popularity when you do it? Or can someone far more informed than myself explain why I'm wrong.

In Roman empire, only the emperor and maybe relatives was allowed triumph because it was tied to the gods which is maybe why it give a stability hit.

Indeed, I believe the handing out of triumphs changed after Augustus succeeded Caesar however the time period of the game is during the age of the Republic. During this period of time I believe the senate could grant triumphs to generals. I just see it bringing people together rather than making a realm less stable? Perhaps there's an argument I can't see? Or am I just being stupid?

But Sparta is not a republic, for republics it would make probably more sense if it increase faction influence and maybe faction influence could have a negative impact on stability if one become too large or something.

You're right there, but I believe the cost of the triumph is the same for a Republic (not tested). However your point with the faction influence is a good one, that would make more sense if it increased their influence as well.

i think the implication is that you lose stability because of the jealousy/fears of the other generals/senators

Could you add/inform me of an option to disable the debug tooltip without also disabling debug_mode entirely? Personally i tend to use the console for cheats and i'd rather not be stuck with the tooltip whenever i feel like messing with the game.

Just had an earthquake in Corsica. The population wipe was devastating (90% iicr) but then I was stuck with a modifier for I believe 5 years (if I paid like 700 gold, which in early game is not easy money) or 10 years (if I didn't pay) that was -3% to population, which essentially guaranteed the cities affected (there were 2) was toast, so I had to abandon them.

Seems pretty harsh, I think the quake is probably bad enough, and perhaps a 1 year or less modifier RE population growth, and even 3% is overwhelming for the game and total overkill. To add insult to injury I had an event 10 years after the modifier wore away that took away 50 Civic power (by far the most rare nowadays) in memory of the tragedy.

Just mean, man.

I believe you will have to wait until the patch is no longer a beta build.

Go to the opinion mode map (ctrl+o), from here select any country and then hover over the second country to see what they think about each other and why.
Thank you for the info, but what I was meaning is the actual diplomacy screen the player sees between itself and another nation as a screenshot.
