For make it worked,do this:
Copy the steamappid.txt from your Imperator installation/game to your imperator installation/launcher.Replace the content in the file with:
236850
And it normally will work.I had the same issue and it has fixed the problem for me.
Is there anyway for us to see the Population Capacity of a city? I see it affected by terrain & civilization level but I'm curious to see how rivers affect it.
Pop capacity is listed in the province/city view, where it will say like you have 9/20 and it should give a tooltip saying what affected the cap number.
Thanks for the patch, but please update Etruria to a republic, the tribal status is completely out of context for the Etruscan Dodecapolis in the game timeframe.
The Bugs we found in the Pompey Patch (1.1) Beta should be reported here or in the Bug Reports section of the forum?
I found 1 when I started with Bactria in the Nation Overview window it is not possible to click on the face of the last governor (In this case of the Shule Province) to open the window of the character in question

One of the changes in this patch is that the in game Console has been disabled by default. To enable it, launch the game using -debug_mode launch command.
there are some hotkeys now, but there must be a lot more.
a map mode I miss is the one seeing the countries with casus belli. this must be the only paradox game where you can't distinguish your claims in the map
I looked at 1.1 beta and Im surprised that urban development is still 100 Civic Power for +1% max civilization value and +0.01 growth speed which seems completely pointless other than if you build a mega city which you can do as graneries can now give higher pop cap than the population needed for them. For 100 Civic Power you can get a global innovention and 1% civilization value is just half of what a single Tech level give. Also during the 2 years you do urban development you get -10% tax income from the city so it is even more expensive than 100 Civic Power.
The centralization policy is great here, maybe it is overpowered given that mega cities now is effectively uncapped which mean you can stack huge amount of Marketplaces and training camps in cities with high pop cap multipliers.
