[POLL] What traits do you think each major country leaders should have, ignoring the one they already have?

Hey all!

I'm working on a little mod that aims to give major country leaders some traits to emulate their gravitas on a national and international level which the base game, I think, fail a little bit to do. So if you don't mind I'd like to know what traits you think these leaders should have and why? You can suggest a large number of traits to emulate the complexity of a country which will have smaller bonuses or maluses, or you can keep it simple and sober with fewer traits with bigger bonuses and maluses. If you have suggestion for alternative leaders like Himmler or Truman or Mao Zedong, share it as well.

If you don't know what a leader trait is, here's an exemple from vanilla and a mod called UMC Germany Completed :

VANILLA ADOLF HITLER TRAITS

• Dictator : +25% Political Power gain daily

MODDED ADOLF HITLER TRAITS

• Dictator : +5% Stability / +25% Political Power gain / -25 Acceptance of democratic diplomacy / -25 Acceptance of communist diplomacy.
• Lead to conquer : -15% Justify Wargoal time / +10% Offensive War Penalty Stability Modifiers / +50% AI Modifier Offensive focus
• Interference with the Army : -15% Daily Command Power Gain Multiplier / -10% Planning Speed / -5% Army Experience Gain
• Wunderwaffen Maniac : -10% Factory Output / +3% Research Time / +15% Rocket Site construction speed

Give every leader dictator! Mostly because I feel paradox is a little too stingy with the political power income overall. (Or lower costs a tiny bit around the board but that's less fun)

I actually do intent to significantly boost the political power income of Germany, Japan and Russia. The trait won't be called "Dictator" for Russia and Japan though and the latter will have a smaller bonus than the others since the relation between the Emperor and its military cabinet. Because yeah overall these folks had TREMENDOUS political power compared to democratic countries.
