Politics, diplomacy and Espionage should be next DLC

Well, I'm not one to judge to what DLC should be, just wanted to share my thoughts.


I'n my opinion the next DLC should be Politics, diplomacy and Espionage.

Honestly, I find it silly that all the politics, influence and diplomacy is sticked to Ideologies. I know I tested that I can join axis as the soviet union if you set your fascism to atleast 30 but still stay communist, which opens for a cracy scenario...


But I still fell the Politics and diplomacy in this game is very lacking in my opinion. I would love to see the developers to make next patch/DLC on a much better and improved Politics and diplomacy, and importantly make it not sticked to ideologies.


I also would love to see how an Espionage system could work in this game, if it could be properly well made.

That is certainly an area the game could use some expansion on. Naval warfare is at the top of my list personally.

I make no apology for joining the queue of people asking for for the next patch to focus on the naval war. Politics & diplomacy isn't perfect, but it should be workable once the 1.5 bugs are fixed. The detection & other flaws mean that the naval side just isn't working as designed.

The devs have said that future DLCs will involve updated, alt-history NF trees for the majors. A naval-themed DLC would fit well with revised NF trees for Italy, the UK or the US. They're spoilt for choice! I think the UK got some updates in 1.3 though, so maybe it's North America's turn.

As cool as politics, diplomacy and espionage would be to boost up (and some day yes please!),

I want to see a naval and air rework combined, as well as a USA and USSR focus tree and general love. A big time must!!
