As factions form among your leaders, it would be really cool if Leaders were more clear about what would make them happy.
For instance, I have a bunch who are (apparently) xenophobic and want slavery, but there's no way for me to know who they are except during an election.
Some tool-tips on their 'hidden' talents would be pretty awesome.
