Political Sliders

Well, I started a new game and adjusted the political slider on the first day into the direction of "Central Planing". As a result of this the comlete sliders are blocked and the tooltip shows the information that the next changes can be made one year later. So far so good.

But on the next day (in game time) the sliders are not fixed any more and adjustable again. This means I'm able to make a second move with the political sliders. After this second move they are fixed again and they stay fixed as original expected, for a longer periode.

Is this a bug or change in gameplay, that you have to chances to change the sliders?

This is WAD - a deliberate change. Be aware that early changes cost dissent, and once dissent reaches a high level you will not be able to slide them again until it drops.

That is, you get the first change of each year for free, but any subsequent changes produce dissent proportionate to the degree of 'earliness'.
