I want to be able to move another sp0t towards CENTRAL PLANNING, but I can't because I don't know what other slider to move in order to allow it.

Should I move it towards Authoritarian to allow my Central Planning to go further to the right in order to get another increase in IC?

Yes; I have a slider move. Its been a year. It just won't let me move any further towards CENTRAL PLANNING even though I am not all the way to the right on that slider. I could move Left on it; just not Right.

I wonder if there are any threads that already have a bunch of information on the sliders and maybe specific Minister changes you can get for different countries.

You can also use the Freedom cheat to move your sliders to see what combination of slider moves that you need to unlock the move that you want to make. Use a saved game to practice with this cheat if you do not want to disturb your current game.
