I don't know if I will spend my money buying this game, but if I will buy it I will order Vic from outside of Poland. If some Polish distributor will now make Polish language version it take months before I will be able to buy Vic in my lovely and great Cracow. 
Join the club mac, lots of countries are missing out, blame the big boys that think only command and conquer 10, or diablo hack is worth distributing.
Morrowind was published in Poland with all addons I don't think that it's game for everybody like games you wrote about

Uhm, Morrowind was one of the most hyped RPGs ever to be released, so I am not surprised it was released in Poland. On the other hand, Victoria is such a niche product, unfortunately, that publishers don't really stand in line.
Too bad, as there's such potential in the Polish market, and there are even good games coming from Poland (like Another War or Knights of the Cross).

Can't paradox just make their own online shop and sell their games directly for ,say, $30 + shipping cost ? I bet they dont get more than a few bucks from each copy that goes through publishers and retailers.
That would be great. If they did I would for sure buy it from there so my money goes direct to p-dox.
yea that would be the best idea - after all I think there are a stable bunch of fans that would buy the games... I think the only company that do sell their own games off the net is Ubi-soft...

On the other hand I understand their lack of interest - expectations from the players are high, so quality of the translation should be also high and there is usually lot's of work with patching game (I usually did not wait 1 month for polish patch and downloaded english one).
Plus polish players love to play Poland. And in Vicky... it's rather hard, you know.
Russian version, hmmm... Byle nie z "Jarmarku Europa" na Stadionie.
