Like I said I completely disagree with that but I won't make a deal out of it as it's off-topic and I think you should do/should have done the same.
This is a good idea actually...think this would give them a good direction to look in for future patches/DLCs. Comapnies should (sincerely) engage their playerbases like this more often. Maybe don't do it on this forum though or they'll get flooded with "Poland should be western tech group!" or "Why isn't Central Southwestern Bulgarian its own culture group?"
A good direction would be, if not every thread about plc got hijacked by people like you, who not only have no interest and clue about central europe, but also have absolutely
nothing to contribute to the topic. Just stick to what you are accustomed to and let others, who are genuinely interested in a better representation of their area of interest and choice, discuss the matter. that goes not only for the plc, but as a general rule towards areas, which by many are believed to be misrepresented in EU III.
That being sad, it's a bit disappointing there will apparently be no Elective Monarchy form of government. This would've been great for all historic elective monarchies. But from what i gathered the Province setup will be a lot better in the PLC area, than in EU III. What i hope, is that also the distribution of basetax will be more in line with history. What bothered me for example, were the high basetax provinces of brandenburg, which was IMHO not very historical.
A question which i don't think we have the answer yet, is how Provinces with neighbouring nomads will be modified, or if anything there will happen at all. This is something that greatly concerned Poland, Moldavia, Lithuania, and all of Russia - the interaction with steppe nomads. I will surely miss the magna mundi nomad system, where border provinces were constantly raided, not in the sense of open warfare, but through a modifier, and although you could retaliate if you had an army stationed per decision, you couldnt prevent the nomads from raiding your provinces. This was a very good representation, how you couldn't send out a big army just to "conquer" the nomads, because the economical impact was through constant small scale raids, it was a permanent low profile warfare situation.
Other things bothering me in EU III was a muscovy, which had almost stalinist soviet amounts of force limit/man power which was done through a combo of extreme sliders and national ideas. And although they should've a big manpower pool, it was overblown.
One thing i'm interested in is how the baltic trade will look, and how you can shape it if you decide to go for a navy, i think that'll be the main improvement over EUIII, the trading system.
It's also very promising that there is a commonwealth tag, and i hope we can core the provinces of lithuania per decision, because inheriting a myriad of provinces without cores, was one of the most fatal flaws in playing poland in EU III. This happened to me in vanilla, and in the magna mundi mod, and made the game practically unplayable from this moment onward. So if this gets fixed, it alone would massively improve the quality of gameplay for me.
