The DHE for Poland go a long way to tell the whole story the country and the struggle with the Sejm. Then at about 1600, they tell about how Gustav Vasa LOST its war against the Sejm. In game though, if you choose to fight the Sejm, you end up with an absolute monarchy. Isn't it counterintuitive?

If Polish DHE followed history then at many points in time the player should be given a chance to make Poland/Commonwealth a completely different nation.
Things like the Executionist Movement are not in the game, and they were there in history. In the mid 16th century the PLC bishops were scared to death of the reformation and willing to accept a solution similar to the Anglican one.

But you are right, absolute monarchy shouldn't be the type you end up with if you fight the Sejm, it should be a constitutional one.
