Pointer keeps bugging out into an egg timer for a split second


the pointer will keep sort of changing when the timer is set to x2 or more however it is more noticeable and frequent on x4 and x5. it sort of changes to the timer despit it having to load anything. i have uninstalled and reinstalled and changed drivers. happened starting today for no reason.


i have an i7 cpu 2.8ghz overclocked to 3.9ghz and an amd 6990 graphics card. i tried turning over catalyst ai with an old driver but no luck.

ANYONE ELSE HAD WEIRD GLITCHY INTERFACE OR POINTER IN EU3?

ok if i delete the timer animation after every 4th second or so on x5 it will into my pointer
