Hello!

I would like to raise the issue on the map mode for VP. In the last stream there was a situation that perfectly illustrates it's necessity. Yes, I know that VP will be displayed on the map in the form of squares and stars and it is perfectly fine for normal use. But yesterday Daniel spent quite some time searching for the "lost" VP and eventually planned his attack ineffective. If he had a map mode for VP, which would backlit VP regions, he would not have to move around the map looking for the nearest VP, and could zoom out and see the picture as a whole, including major Sarajevo right next to his troops.
Something that is so important as the VP player should not have difficulty to see them.

I apologize if this question has already been discussed =)

Daniel has the tendency anyway to plan his invasions in an ineffective manner. He does plan them for the planning bonus, but I think the best way to do this is moving the camera in such a way you just see the whole map of Yugoslavia and then you should see the Victory points effectively. I think it's more useful to make the icons of the VP's a bit brighter, so that you can still see them under fog of war, or outright make sure you can clearly see the VP's. Daniel makes it harder for himself though, once the battle starts the map of Yugoslavia in this instance becomes quite indistinct, and since his forces simply follow the arrow he drew, which goes up until the border or some random point, they don't aim for the victory points. I think the ideal way of using the battle planner would be by setting the arrows to take Ljubliana, then have those forces split up to make half take the Croatian coast and half takes Zagreb, joining together in Sarajevo, instead of saying "Soldier, you have a gun and a helmet, Yugoslavia is overthere, you shall only move south unless special orders are given, good luck!"

He was talking and playing at the same time, which makes you rather distracted. Even talking to my friends, not even recording and worrying about what I'm saying or how I sound, I get too distracted to play a high-intensity game like a MOBA or something. I don't think it'll be as big of an issue during normal play.

Daniel was talking and playing at the same time, which makes it harder to concentrate. I had no problem whatsoever seeing the missing victory points during the stream and was suprised that daniel didnt see it. A seperate map mode isnt needed, since you know that cities are the victory points anyway and those arent really hard to miss.

Is it right to rely on the concentration of the player in such a matter as the VP? I do not propose to remove the squares and stars from the main map, I propose to add the mode in which they could be seen clearly with any zoom. I saw Sarajevo, but I can easily imagine a situation when I was distracted and did not see the VP in a similar situation. Especially if the war is not in a small Yugoslavia, but on two fronts with the Soviet Union and the Allies. Also, I do not see why not add it, because if don't need it, you can avoid using it.

Instead of mapmode there could be a button which would clearly highlight all victory points so you can see at glance where they are.

And he was also sick on that stream. Sure that didn't help
