Because this thread is a joke thread about how the map text is doing a silly thing, with Sweden and Norway having intersecting names and the OP is basically telling Sweden's name to stop touching his country's name.
Yours was calling the entire country greedy because Paradox makes DLC that you don't actually need to buy.

I was laughing at the fact that the guy scolding someone for pirating had a pirate skull and crossbones as their avatar.. It was harmlessly being silly. It had nothing to do with you, literally, other than the fact that it was from a thread you started.
The elite was definitely Swedish(-speaking) for the game timeline, which I suppose province culture represents, but the majority Finnish. Not that that's specific to Finland Proper – I think the same would have been the case in at least Nyland.
Anyway, it would make sense if tags could not lose the core in their capital before losing all other cores. Åbo is the capital, so that would make the core in Finland Proper stay unless the rest are lost due to culture conversion.
