I only find one of that name in WIKI who died 1413
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Werner_von_Tettingen

I think I mixed up names in my notes, maybe it was heinrich or hans von tettingen from Tetta family originally.

I think I was meant to use
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heinrich_von_Plauen

and also Reuss von Plauen in 1454 and or Ludwig von Erlichshausen

I need to check my notes

Also, some other old prussian names where cahnged due to gaining nobility, like Monte, Glappe, Devius, Pretzus, Piegat, Troesin ( became Trossin )

Could we please change Kleve back to German culture? Historically the duchy gave Brandenburg more revenue than all provinces of the Mark combined. Yet with the current setup BRA gets far less from a wrong-cultured province, which most of the time is also wrong-religion and disconnected from the rest of BRA.

Yes, we could change it to Low German, or create an event that changes its culture when it goes to BRA. In any case, the German cultural split will have to be reviewed. Should it remain split till the end of the game or should all German lands gradually become German?

I beleive the german split should remain forever and that nation get the culture they need to unite germany.

so, BRA or PRU would slowly by event gain cultures. This to me is the only way you can keep control ( historically)

Polish King also had significant inluence on the jurisdiction in Prussia. However during the following years Polish Kings agreed to reduce their privileges. Right now, Brandenburg always inherits Prussia in 1657. Historically they did in 1618. I think we should change the core to a claimed core, representing the still existing vasallisation to Poland but remove 1657 as fixed date for the inheritance.

agreed

Switzerland in this map has more provinces so that a few things would be possible that were not in the vanilla map setup.
Info map of swiss growth from WIKI:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/de/Old_Swiss_Confederation.jpg

The canton of Aargau was only conquered in 1415 by the swiss so the province "Bärn" / Bern should still have "nationalism" / local resentiments for several years.

Thurgau (geographically the area right next to the "Bodensee" / Lake Constance) was only conquered in 1460 so Switzerland in 1419 should only have a claimcore on "Züri" Zürich and not a national core as it did not even control half of the area at the start of the game.

Graubünden / Grisons was no integral part of Switzerland or the "Old Swiss Confederacy" but rather an ally against common foes but an independant state - if on this map a new oneprovince minor is not desired then Switzerland should at least not have a national core on Graubünden, but only a claimcore.

Tyrol should start the game with a claimcore on Züri representing that they actually still ruled the Thurgau part until 1460.

Edit:

Change would be to file
1419_HEL_Switzerland.inc
to
Code:
nationalprovinces = {

	claimedprovinces = {

You're quite right but these changes would probably make HEL very weak when it was supposed to be at the peak of its power. As for the Grisons, it would be difficult to simulate the perpetual alliance that was historically in place. But you're right in that, if owned by HEL, it should only be a claimcore province. Unfortunately the only region available for Swiss historical expansion is Geneva so this map cannot address the Swiss situation very well when compared to MyMap.

You're quite right but these changes would probably make HEL very weak when it was supposed to be at the peak of its power.

Not necessarily. Until the reformation Switzerland is stable enough to bear some nationalism in Bern for the first 26 years (30 from 1415 onward). Even when at war and with a tax Collector it should not even raise RR beyond +/-0

And the Free Men/Serfs slider fully to free means that they will have a substantial morale advantage against all their neighours in any war.

IMO the national core on Frisia should only be a claimcore as Luxemburg/"Bayern-Straubing" never actually effectively ruled Frisia.

this should be the setting at start of game for the swiss, the cultural difference should be the handicap

straubing should go to bavaria or wurzbug and not hungary, IIRC ernest of bavaria got it , killed the straubing line and had to contest it with either wurzburg or thuringia

The AGCEEP event cedes it to HUN who is the emperor at that time and the emperors decision then cedes it to either Bavaria or the Habsburgs. Historically the bavarian states quarreled until the emperors decision. There is no need to quote my entire post Toio ;-)

First of all , this is not AGCEEP and secondly, having played AGCEEP for many years I cannot ever recall it going to HUN but only to BAY. The only time I know of HUN getting it was when warring BAY.

But I need to retract/find my discussions with yoda about it ...............because the event was changed ...................or was the issue of the left over LUX troops causing loot problems, I cannot remember

This mod uses AGCEEP events. CD merely suggests to change province 348 (Ansbach) in AGCEEP to province 928 (Straubing) in Watkabaoi, which is how it should be. When the Straubing line dies, it goes to Sigismund, Emperor and King of Hungary, for arbitration, before being granted to either BAY (historical) or HAB (alternative).

Straubing

As historically HAB Austria is not supposed to keep Straubing I suggest not only to change the ID of the province, but to reduce the national core to a claimcore.
