playing current beta:
i conquered a province where only the 3 thiefs-building were build. so hte info tells me if i plunder that region i get -7 gold. do i buy food from locals while searching for something plunderable? :D

shouldn´t be to hard to code the value there to not go under 0, is it?

Nah, it represents the region being so poor that when you allow your soldiers going to rampage and them finding nothing, you have to pay them to keep them happy. ;)

It's usually quite rare to have negative pillage values and you don't really have to pillage it, if it's negative.
