Is there a way to start a plot to give a part of a rulers land to some1 else.
I was playing the duke of tuscany and i found out about a plot by the king of Bohemia to grant the duchy of Genoa to someone else. I can't seem to fabricate such plots. The only plots i seem to be able to are murder and revokes of counts that are my vassals.
I was a vassal of the HRE and the king of bohemia was also a vassal of the HRE but for the rest we had no ties.
