I really like the plot system, but some things make little sense to me, and maybe should be reworked.
First, if I get invited to a plot, and refuse, why don't I learn about that plot and get to see it in the intrigue window? Like, I literally know who is a leader and what is it about, but still can't ask them to stop etc.?

Second, there should be an option to inform others about the plot you know of. If you know that someone is leading a plot, you should be able to inform a) plot target about the plot, so that target can go into hiding, and b) plotter's liege, so that he can step in and end plot. Revealing a plot to target/liege should give you an opinion boost.

Third, some plots should have more serious consequences than others: plot to kill a king should provide immediate arrest reason against ALL plotters, and also execute reason against a leader. If leader agrees to end plot, you should still have an arrest reason against him (but not execute) for a month or so.
Other plots (revoke etc.) should be as they are now.

And finally, when inviting people to plot, currently there are three options: they will certainly refuse (so you never invite them), they will certainly agree (so there is no risk in inviting them), and maybe option (they'll certainly refuse, unless you give them gold, and then they'll certainly accept). It would make sense to have a true "maybe" option, where you are not sure if people you invite to plot will actually accept. If they do, then great, but if they don't, they would now know about your plot, and could either stay silent about it, or could snitch and inform your liege and target about it!

So what do you think? Are there any mods that add any of those options?

Huge consequences for plotting should be added only if plotting system is reworked. I can´t even remember how many times I got someone´s children and wife to join plot to kill him, only for plot to never fire, because it didn´t go over 100%. Instead, it was revealed at least three times. Sometimes, vassals have higher plot power than person who spends each day in presence of the target. AI is also really stupid about plots and sometimes lowborn courtier seeks to kill another lowborn courtier for 5 years, with no other people in the plot.
What I am trying to say is: Plots can be horrible for you even now and sometimes tend to be completely useless (I just use Intrigue focus, which is much easier and its RNG doesn´t give me -1000 opinion for being dishonorable, because out of 10 plotters, 25 got drunk and talked about the plot and doesn´t fire even if God joins it) and rework which gives more power to target of the plot/higher chance for plot to be discovered should go hand in hand with complete rework of plotting to make sure players won´t completely abandon it in favor of Intrigue focus and they won´t abuse ability to freely imprison every plotter in their realm if they happen to be the top liege.

Also, if a plot succeeds & you know about it & the person is in your realm, you should immediately get a reason to arrest. This always infuriates me. I mean, I can understand if it succeeded & no one knew who did it (skull says "Died under suspicious circumstances" or whatever.) If thats the case then ok, no reason to arrest because I dont know who did it. But in my current game some random courtier of mine killed my son & heir (even tho he had like 27 intrigue, but whatever) & it plainly says "Killed by" & the name of the courtier, yet I have no reason to arrest without invoking tyranny. Thats some BS.
