With the new civics a thought came to my mind. Pleasure_Seekers/Corporate_hedonism their growth boost is only capped by the amount of Entertainers you can have.

If the civic weren't already pretty strong to begin with, I'd propose making the amount of growth gained per entertainer scale with the surplus of amenities on the planet to make this dream become a reality.

Definitely fun, but as you said really impractical. If you wouldn't have so much emigration pool it might be much better. Not sure why it's so high tbh.
Crime, no free jobs, stability barely above 50%, and high growth, all that makes emigration so high.

But growth ecumenopolis can be a thing, well you first need to fill it, to take advantage from this, and with growth scalling this can be usless, but still, and especially with disabling growth scalling, unity focused ecumenopolis has its niche, and at the same time it would creates huge growth for whole empire.

Emmigration is the way it is mainly due to me jumping into a random (cheated) game and starting with Void Dwellers. They get massive unhappiness on non-artificial worlds like ecumonopolis.

Investing 94 pops and all the resources for the districts/buildings/ecu to get +100% growth (4 medics and 90 entertainers) is just not worth it. It's fun to do though :D

Is not worth except when You want loads of unity, then You will have lot od unity AND lot od pop growth. I knows that in vanilla unity means cery little, but maybe in a future.
There is a mod adding lot od new traditions, and without worlds dedicated to unity generation You will not unlock half of them before endgame crisis, mostku because each tradition increase cost of another one, and at some point You will either:
1. Concentrate on unity at least as much as science
Or
2. Forget about other traditions and start using unity ambitions (which cost increses with each tradition).

Im suche cases those entertainer worlds would be priceless.
