Hi!

I am hoping we can get some of the suicide rates on generals and rulers/heirs toned down a touch more. Its still nearly impossible (for me) to get a an heir/ruler with stats over 12, and any general with more than 3 siege pips tends to die extremely quickly. If I get an heir with stats over 9, I expect him to die. Stats over 11 or 12, its almost a guarantee. We have the ability to 'fish' for good rulers and generals, can we at least keep them around for a bit once we get them?

But the institution spread is really good?

If there is an institution you want to rush, you are going to dev St. Pete's until the institution is present there (and possibly Moscow if you have the mana). Otherwise, the wait isn't that St. Pete's is slow, its that institutions are slow to get to there.

So... no, the institution spread isn't very good at all.

And the vassal play is a bad choice for Muscovy. Meanwhile, in a country with so many different cultures and religions, and a two year walk from border to border, rebels can suck. The -2 unrest was very valuable. -2 unrest and -10% regiment cost were perfect for Russia. No idea why someone decided it needed a change.

If they made it +2 accepted cultures instead of -2 unrest, I'd be fine with that.

And extra diplomats?? I'd rather another relationship slot. Diplomat management gets very dull after the first decade.

Its like whoever redesigned the winter palace tried to see how many bad choices they could stuff into one monument.

You can get like +2 per year tho? You save mana and spend it on ducats instead, and can hurry along with spare manpower

What? Really?? I didn't notice that! I just burn mana to dev up. So every institution regardless of where it spawns also starts ticking there even if none of the conditions are met? Hmmm.

Well... its current value is better than I thought. But I still don't like it. St. Pete's is great for deving anyway. May as well do it for a couple of institutions.
