Please save my first world conquest - And tell me how to kill a country not appearing on the map

Please help

It's my first WC on iron man and in 1750 I just realised 2 countries (5 provinces) don't appear on the map. Diplomats are stuck from retuning (stuck on "return in 0 day").


Here's a summary :

No mods

I attached save files.

I would be opened to any ideas (even editing ironman file if possible).
I've sunk so many hours in this if you have ANY idea please provide...

Things I've trieed :
-war with vassals : even vassals can't seem to be able to reach them. Maybe I should give them more time will update on that.
-Vassalize them : I can't get them to 190 relation since I have only 4 diplomats and they become bugged out of the game after I send them to said country.

Didn't know it was possible to Iron Man with random new world. Maybe that's the issue ?

I tried for fun but to not much succes, the nations seems outside of the maps. Searching for the provinces doesnt give result either.

Maybe someone with modding knowledge could turn the game in normal mode and try to tag switch to that nation to see whats happening in antartica

You can but there are certain achievements that are blocked with random new world enabled.

And there is one where you explicitly have to start as a RNW native.
