As a nomad, I always pillage all my stuff. However, this is a major hassle and wastes a lot of time for two reasons: 1-It takes forever to click on every county then right click on every holding, click on the 'pillage holding', then click on 'do it'. Could you make it so that there's a button in the 'intrigue' list that lets you pillage every eligible holding your realm? It can't be that hard to make, but ti would save us a TON of time.
2-All pillaging stops on succession. I've really never understood it. Is this a bug? Why does every holding stop pillaging just because my character dies? Nothing else in the game works like that. I just spent ten minutes pillaging everything in Persia, crap now Genghis is dead so I have to spend another ten minutes doing the same thing for no reason. Can there at least be an option that pops up to let you not stop pillaging everything? Or at least an explanation for why that happens?

This is a big drag on playing nomads in my experience. Not only do you have to spend 5-10 minutes revoking titles, but you then also have to spend 5 minutes pillaging them.

What I would suggest is a way to right click on a title such as a duchy and click "pillage", which lets you pillage all of the holdings you control underneath the title.
Another boon would be mass revocations. It does it automatically for holy wars if I remember. A button to send a revoke request all titles of people not in your religion, culture group, etc would be great. Even better would be a way to just group them all into a single war which, once won, liquidates all their holdings by automatically revoking and putting them into pillage mode. Here again being able to click a kingdom title and start a "extermination war" against all non-nomadic vassals under the title would be very helpful.

That wouldn't be historically accurate though. The Mongols left the local rulers in place mostly and that's why in the end they themselves basically dissapeared into the local populace. A button/decision to improve QoL would be great though.

They chose to do this in the end. In many cases though they burned everything to the ground (usually the cities that resisted most).
I think it should be up to the Khan- the player- the decide, and yes QoL, QoL, gives us the QoL!
