Why does Paradox think that we care that empire 24 signs a migration treaty with empire 6? What possible importance does it have? Why isn't there a "block message" option like crusader kings 2 after almost 6 years? WHY? WHY? WHY?
You can mod it out by opening 00_actions.txt file in Stellaris\common\diplomatic_actions and replacing "should_notify_all_communications = yes" with "should_notify_all_communications = no"

if by chance you have few of your pops in slave market, now that's where the fun begins. where you'll get constant alarm of "ONE OF YOUR PRIMARY SPECIES IS ON SLAVE MARKET!!!!!". And the AI buys slaves too fast for you to response to get rid of it before it pops up again!
