Please make mod folder movable

The default mod folder is in "My Documents", but my C disk is only 60Gb big and I have to delete the game client several times because the disk is frequently running out of space caused by these mods...

Please make the mod folder movable. For example, I can move it to D/E/F disk.

Edit: I've deleted the game for several months, and I heard that mod files are in steamliberary together with the game right now? Is that true?

Use Notepad to make a new text file called userdir.txt in the Steam Hearts of Iron IV folder where hoi4.exe is. In that file place a single dot, save and exit. This tells the game to write the user files (including mods) right there instead of under Documents. If that works and the game now runs, you can replace that dot with any file path you like.

Afaik you can move the "My Documents" folder, too. At least with Win7 and previous you could do that.
