Please Make Aztecs Playable

I understand that it's more than likely mods will make it so, but please make it possible from the off that it will be possible to play Aztecs.

Why? Because I want to build my own Sunset Empire across THE WORLD.

Wait until pagans DLC comes out. We need to wait until PI has constructed a convincing pagan interface/governmental system with unique events. Once that comes out, I'm sure that SI and the pagans dlc combined will allow for playable Aztecs.

Even when pagan DLC comes out, I don't see how Aztec can be playable as they don't start out the game landed and they only appear after a random event?

Well, there's always the Ruler Designer DLC. Unless they block it off for some reason, you should be able to make Aztec landed rulers from any start date.
