Hello I just bought Hearts of Iron III collection I think its full game with all dlcs and etc. I wanted to downlaod black ice mod but the forum thread is like this.

So I clicked on it followed instructions connect my steam synched the items little icons appearead. It past like 3 hours still cant access the thread still
