Please let us choose the Syncretic Evolution secondary species

Just being able to choose name and appearance would help with immersion and roleplay. My cat empire needs their pets to be humans!

hell I just want my species of Turtle people to have their caste system so deeply and long established that the ruling and working classes have diverged into separate species(though I'd think something like that should be it's own Civic so you start with an actual subspecies)
