I know you have fixed the issue internally. But could you please fix the issue for the rest of us?
In my current game Austria have 21 regiments stuck in Mainz and Aragon have 12 regiments stuck in Ifni. My 2 most important allies crippled by this bug (Austria not as crippled as Aragon ofc). Makes my fight against France somewhat harder.
So if you would be so kind as to just hotfix this.
