so i wasnt on my pc for a month or two and i got my pc and when i try opening it again i get this popup and i tried everything and it still shows me this so can someone help please

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

You have several mods, chances are at least one of them is broken following the update. Uninstall all mods and try again. If that doesn't work do a reinstallation (and leave the mods uninstalled).

Edit:
Took a more in depth look at the debug log and there are several strings pointing to broken mods so... yeah, it's mods.
 
What I'd suggest is deleting this folder completely as that will remove them though you may also need to reinstall the game.
%localappdata%\Introversion\Prison Architect\mods
 
Mods will need to be updated to work with the new patch.

But I don't understand why you cannot install them. What exactly happens when you try?
 
If you subscribed to them in the Steam Workshop or our mod site, they should automatically download next time you run the game.

If you installed them manually from files, you'd need to do that again.
