Please help

Hey there so I play this game on Xbox One and when I first got it I absolutely loved it an awesome City Builder game. But I quickly learned that the game is completely and totally about traffic and managing traffic and if you have industry at all there is no managing it it's out of control. Put a cargo Hub down that combines boats and trains and that cargo Hub will never keep up with the line of trucks trying to get into it and cause a massive traffic jam. So I follow some people's instructions of creating transfer hubs where my rail line comes into a train cargo station and has a loop road which caused should force the trucks to pick up at the cargo station and drop off at my internal train line cargo station I did this at every point that a train track enters my city. They have power they have water they have services but not one of these train hubs ever received a train from outside of the city and none of my internal stations have any trains on them at all what the hell am I doing wrong

You might get more responses posting this in the main forum or the console forum here. That said, if you can post some screenshots of your rail setup, someone smarter than me might be able to figure out what the issue is
