What I have to do if I want play some mod on MAC? I have downloaded two mods, but how can I play them? And I have MAC, so there is no launcher after I clicked EU4 icon, so there is no chance to select any mods to play.
Please, help me! How to play mods on MAC?

As has been mentioned MANY times by myself and others, the launcher is in the steam app folder EuropaUniversalisIV.app . Why it doesn't get launched with Steam as the PC version does is a question for the devs. Mods go in the mod folder in the user documents paradox folder...
Hmm, this MAC-world is whole new world to me, so maybe I'm stupid but I can't find any "steam app folder EuropaUniversalisIV.app". So could you tell me more detailing where I can find this launcher?
Yes I found "steam app" but there was no EuropaUniversalisIV.app folder. There was only one folder - Contents.
The path is your steam library location. Or just do a spotlight search for the filename and then add the app launcher to your dock by dragging it there.

While we're on the subject, could somebody tell me the full default EU4 install location and mod fold location on Macs? I don't own a Mac myself but I would like to make my Country Designer point there by default.
Here are the steps:
First, ignore the idiots.
Second, put the mods in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/Mod. (You may need to create a Mod folder.)
Next:
1. Open Finder. Click on Go on the toolbar at the top of the screen while holding down the Option key - then click on Library. (It appears when you hold down the Option key; not sure why they decided to hide it.)
2. In Library, go to Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Europa Universalis IV. That's where you'll find EuropaUniversalisIV.app - I recall it's the one with the hideously ugly icon.
3. Click that app and the EU4 launcher will open. Then you can select the mods (and DLC) you want to play.
4. Make a shortcut to that app and put it somewhere more accessible so you don't have to do this again.

The main file is here: Macintosh HD/Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Europa Universalis IV.
The Mod file is here: Macintosh HD/Users/[username]/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/Mod.
I'm not sure, though, how the installer should handle the [username] entry.
Thanks! I think Python should be able to expand the user directory automatically, so that's not a problem.

Step 2: Buy PC
Step 3: Enjoy your games
Or install Windows 7 on your Mac using Bootcamp, and boot into that partition to play the Windows versions of games on your Mac without having to by new hardware. This is what I do for gaming.

Now there is one problem more The launcher doesn't show any mods? It shows my Crusade Kings II converted game, but no any mods? And like I said, I have downloaded two mods and they are in Documents/.…../EU4/Mods folder. There is civ.zip and homo sapiens.zip files. Any idea what I have to do with them?

I do too, but I've found that the latest Paradox games (EU4 and CK2) both run and look better on the Mac side (at least on my rMBP). Up to now, I've never preferred to run a PC/Mac game on the Mac side, but that's less the case today.

You probably need to unzip the mod files. Each mod should have two files: a [name of mod] folder with the mod files and a [name of mod].MOD file.
For example, I'm using a mod called Better UI. In the mod folder, there are two different files: a folder named Better UI and file named Better UI.MOD.
My guess is that if you unzip the compressed files you have into the Mod folder, you'll find both the files you need.
